Payment and delivery terms
The owner of the online store lummwear.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Reuse Solutions (registration code 12975505), located at Metsa tn 2-8, Kuremaa alevik, Jõgeva parish, Jõgeva county 48445.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the products. The payment amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay.
The settlement currency is EURO.
The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s current account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for another reason,
the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery of the goods) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Reuse Solutions OÜ is the controller of personal data, Reuse Solutions OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
The goods will be sent to the following countries: Estonia.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
The products are ready for immediate shipment, unless otherwise stated. The product is delivered to the Customer by parcel machine service or can be picked up at the LUMMwear studio.
The delivery partners of the online store lummwear.com are Itella Smartpost and AS Eesti Post (Omniva). Depending on the capacity of the delivery partners, the products are delivered in an average of 2-4 working days, maximum 7 days.
We are not responsible for delays related to the delivery of the order or delivery to the wrong address or the wrong person if incomplete or inaccurate data was provided when placing the order.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods is up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the return fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and sent to the e-mail address no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall refund to the Buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the Buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the Buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which
occurs earlier.
If the Buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store shall not be required to refund to the Consumer the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been indicated significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer,
which already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that
the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
The Buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of the discovery of a defect by sending an email to info@lummwear.com or by calling +372 53447588.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or
replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the Buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may
apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural terms and conditions can be viewed and a statement can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
